Сегодня Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин подписал указ, устанавливающий новые ограничения в столице. Соответствующий указ от 22 июня 2021 года № 35-УМ «О внесении изменений в указ Мэра Москвы от 8 июня 2020 года № 68-УМ» опубликован на официальном сайте Мэра Москвы.
Так, с 28 июня приостанавливается оказание гражданам услуг общественного питания, за исключением продажи товаров навынос, доставки и т.п. С указанной даты организации и ИП, осуществляющие концертную, развлекательную, зрелищную и спортивную деятельность, в том числе театры и кинотеатры, а также рестораны, кафе, оказывающие услуги общественного питания, могут осуществлять указанную деятельность при условии соблюдения следующих ограничительных мер, в частности:
наличия у всех посетителей QR-кода;обеспечения организаторами пунктов контроля для проверки наличия у посетителей QR-кодов через портал госуслуг или программных обеспечений для мобильных телефонов и планшетов;использование всеми сотрудниками средств индивидуальной защиты;уведомительного порядка информирования через портал i.moscow о начале и прекращении деятельности;наличия в реестре организаций и ИП, осуществляющих деятельность с соблюдением ограничений.
QR-код будут выдавать гражданам, которые:
получили второй компонент вакцины или однокомпонентной вакцины от новой коронавирусной инфекции, прошедшей государственную регистрацию в Российской Федерации;имеют отрицательный результат по ПЦР-исследованию, который является действительным в течение 3 календарных дней со дня проведения исследования;перенесли новую коронавирусную инфекцию и с даты их выздоровления прошло не более 6 календарных месяцев.
При этом такие посетители смогут находиться в зданиях и помещениях в них, в которых оказываются соответствующие услуги, без средств индивидуальной защиты органов дыхания (маски, респираторы) и рук (перчатки).
Кроме того, с 22 июня устанавливаются запрет на посещение гражданами концертных, развлекательных, зрелищных, спортивных мероприятий с одновременным присутствием более 500 человек. Также вводится запрет на посещение гражданами зон, не предусматривающих организацию посадочных мест (фан-зон, танцполов и иных подобных мест), вне зависимости от количества одновременно присутствующих посетителей при проведении этих мероприятий. Продлевается приостановление посещения детских игровых комнат и зоопарков.
