ПФР на своем официальном сайте объявил о начале приема заявлений на новые ежемесячные пособия беременным женщинам и семьям с детьми от 8 до 17 лет с 1 июля 2021 года. Направить заявление можно будет на портале госуслуг или в клиентской службе Фонда по месту жительства. Напомним, что за пособиями могут обратиться женщины, вставшие на учет в мед организацию в ранние сроки беременности, а также неполные семьи с детьми от 8 до 16 лет (семья, где родитель воспитывает детей в одиночку) (Федеральный закон от 26 мая 2021 г. № 151-ФЗ).
Размер пособия будет отличаться в зависимости от региона – он определяется в соответствии с прожиточным минимумом, установленным ом или ином субъекте РФ. Для неполных семей на одного ребенка он составит 50% прожиточного минимума ребенка, а беременная женщина получит 50% прожиточного минимума трудоспособного взрослого.
Так, например, в Москве на 2021 год установлен прожиточный минимум для трудоспособного населения в размере 20 589 руб., а на ребенка – 15 582 руб. (постановление Правительства Москвы от 19 января 2021 г. № 11-ПП). Т. о. размер пособия беременной женщине в Москве составит 10 294,5 руб., а на одного ребенка в неполной семье – 7 791 руб. В Санкт-Петербурге выплаты составят 6 536,9 руб. и 5 803,75 руб. соответственно, а во Владимирской области 5 546,5 руб. и 5 647 руб. соответственно.

ПФР напоминает, что за пособием могут обратиться только те граждане, чей доход не превышает прожиточного минимума на душу населения в субъекте. Пособие будет назначаться с учетом комплексной оценки нуждаемости. Критерии для оценки нуждаемости и сроки рассмотрения заявлений появятся после опубликования соответствующего постановления Правительства РФ.
