В связи со сложившейся эпидемиологической ситуацией ФНС России напоминает, что временно приостановлены в том числе проверки за соблюдением требований законодательства Российской Федерации о применении контрольно-кассовой техники в отношении налогоплательщиков, налоговых агентов, плательщиков страховых взносов, плательщиков сборов (письмо ФНС России от 3 апреля 2020 г. № АБ-3-20/2739@ «О рассмотрении обращения», приказ ФНС России от 20 марта 2020 г. № ЕД-7-2/181@ «О принятии в рамках осуществления контроля и надзора неотложных мер в целях предупреждения возникновения и распространения коронавирусной инфекции»). Однако, если в налоговые органы будет поступать информация о нарушении законодательства, она будет учитываться и использоваться налоговыми инспекторами при проведении контрольных мероприятий в дальнейшем.

Вместе с тем, налоговая служба напоминает, что в татном режиме работает специальное мобильное приложение, позволяющее проверить выдаваемые кассовые чеки, «Проверка кассового чека ФНС России». Приложением можно воспользоваться и на официальном сайте налоговой службы в разделе «Новый порядок применения контрольно-кассовой техники» (kkt-online.nalog.ru). Сервис позволяет не только проверять легальность кассовых чеков, но и получать и хранить их в электронном виде. Также можно будет проверить добросовестность продавца и сообщить о нарушении правил применения кассовой техники в налоговую службу. В настоящее время сервис позволяет проверить только чек, сформированный с применением ККТ. В дальнейшем аналогичная возможность будет предусмотрена и для бланков строгой отчетности.
