Минтруд России подготовил проект приказа о внесении изменений в формы сведений о трудовой деятельности заполняемые работодателем1. Так, планируется скорректировать форму «Сведения о трудовой деятельности, предоставляемые из информационных ресурсов Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации (СТД-ПФР)» и форму «Сведения о трудовой деятельности, предоставляемые работнику работодателем (СТД-Р)». Также будут внесены изменения в порядок заполнения вышеуказанных форм.
Проект предусматривает внесение изменений в формы СТД-Р и СТД-ПФР в части их дополнения реквизитом «Работа в районах Крайнего Севера/Работа в местностях, приравненных к районам Крайнего Севера», и внесение изменений в порядок заполнения форм СТД-Р и СТД-ПФР в части введения обязанности работодателя отражать в графе «Код выполняемой функции» кодового обозначения занятия, соответствующего занимаемой должности (профессии), виду трудовой деятельности, осуществляемой на рабочем месте при исполнении трудовых функций (работ, обязанностей).

Изменения подготовлены с целью приведения к единообразию сведений о трудовой деятельности, представляемых работодателями в ПФР (форма СЗВ-ТД), и сведений, которые предоставляются гражданину – СТД-Р и СТД-ПФР.
