Сегодня депутаты Госдумы на пленарном заседании приняли в третьем чтении закон «О внесении изменений в статью 13 Федерального закона «Об обязательном социальном страховании на случай временной нетрудоспособности и в связи с материнством» и статьи 59 и 78 Федерального закона «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации»1. В соответствии с ним с 1 июля текущего года бумажные и электронные больничные листы в России получат равную юридическую силу. Однако отмечается, что выдача электронных листков нетрудоспособности не будет повсеместной и обязательной. Регионы начнут выдавать электронные больничные по мере готовности. Предполагается, что по новой системе сначала заработают крупные медучреждения и крупные работодатели.
При этом граждане будут сами выбирать, в какой форме получить больничный лист – в бумажной или в электронной.
Добавим, что в рамках пилотного проекта электронные больничные уже выдают некоторые учреждения Астраханской, Белгородской областей, Москвы, Крыма и Севастополя.
