Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин издал распоряжение о выплате в честь этой годовщины единовременной материальной помощи в размере 10 тыс. руб. инвалидам и участникам ВОВ, а также участникам обороны Москвы, зарегистрированным в столице по месту жительства. Ее выдача и перечисление должны быть осуществлены в ноябре. Уточняется, что пенсионеры, получающие одновременно две пенсии либо имеющие право на единовременную материальную помощь по нескольким основаниям, смогут получить выплату только один раз (распоряжение Правительства Москвы от 20 сентября 2018 г. № 670-РП).
Напомним, что 5 декабря 1941 года считается днем воинской славы России, в который отмечается начало контрнаступления советских войск против немецко-фашистских войск в битве под Москвой (абз. 13 ст. 1 Федерального закона от 13 марта 1995 г. N 32-ФЗ «О днях воинской славы и памятных датах России»).
