Так, с 25 октября 2021 года до 25 февраля 2022 года для граждан старше 60 лет и тех, кто страдает хроническими заболеваниями вводится домашний режим. Находится можно либо по месту постоянного жительства, либо на садовых участках. Как и раньше прогулки и занятия физкультурой на свежем воздухе не ограничиваются. Работающие граждане могут оформить больничный лист.
Домашний режим могут не соблюдать те, кто уже переболел новой коронавирусной инфекцией в течение последних 6 месяцев, либо прошел вакцинацию.

Кроме того, работодатели также на срок с 25 октября 2021 года до 25 февраля 2022 года должны перевести не менее 30% своих сотрудников на дистанционный режим работы. Также на удаленную работу должны быть переведены все работники старше 60 лет и страдающие хроническими заболеваниями. Исключение, как и прежде, сделано для тех, чье присутствие на рабочем месте является критически важным для функционирования организации.
При этом требование о переходе на удаленную работу не распространяется на вакцинированных и переболевших работников, а также на работников медицинских организаций, предприятий оборонного сектора и других стратегических отраслей.
