Сегодня стартовал Специальный Петербургский Международный Юридический Форум 9 1/2 (далее – Специальный Форум), посвященный правовым аспектам жизни общества в условиях пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции. Проведение юбилейного Х Петербургского Международного Юридического Форума ввиду глобальной пандемии нового коронавируса перенесено на 18-21 мая 2021 года. В этой связи в соответствии с требованиями момента Специальный Форум решено провести в онлайн-формате.
В обсуждении вопросов принятия мер в целях противодействия вирусу примут участие Заместитель Председателя Совета безопасности РФ Дмитрий Медведев, генеральный секретарь Совета Европы Мария Пейченович-Бурич, Министр юстиции РФ Константин Чуйченко, Генеральный директор ВОЗ Адханом Гебрейесус Тедрос, Директор ФССП – Главный судебный пристав РФ Дмитрий Аристов и другие спикеры.
Сегодня в рамках Специального Форума будут обсуждены практики налоговых и административных мер в поддержку бизнеса, опыт законотворчества в условиях пандемии, вопросы о пределах ограничения прав человека при вводимых режимах, темы работы в удаленном доступе, труда и социальной защиты в поствирусный период и другие.
