Налоговая служба стандартизировала график приема и обслуживания налогоплательщиков в территориальных налоговых органах (письмо ФНС России от 5 марта 2021 г. № АБ-4-19/2887@). Он начнет действовать с 1 апреля 2021 года.
Территориальные налоговые органы:
понедельник, среда: 9.00 — 18.00; вторник, четверг: 9.00 — 20.00; пятница: 9.00 — 16.45; суббота, воскресенье: выходные дни.
Межрегиональные инспекции ФНС России по крупнейшим налогоплательщикам:
понедельник – четверг: 9.00 — 18.00; пятница: 9.00 — 16.45; суббота, воскресенье: выходные дни.
Что касается графика приема и обслуживания налогоплательщиков в территориально обособленных рабочих местах, то он будет устанавливаться/изменяться по решению руководителя (и.о. руководителя) УФНС России по субъекту РФ.

Напомним, что в налоговых инспекциях можно будет получить информацию, в том числе и в письменной форме, о действующих налогах, сборах и страховых взносах, законодательстве о налогах и сборах и принятых в соответствии с ним нормативных правовых актах, порядке исчисления и уплаты налогов, сборов и страховых взносов, правах и обязанностях налогоплательщиков, плательщиков сборов, плательщиков страховых взносов и налоговых агентов, полномочиях налоговых органов и их должностных лиц, а также подать налоговые декларации.
