Правительство РФ скорректировало перечень выплат физлицам за счет средств бюджетов всех уровней, осуществляемых кредитными организациями на карту «Мир» (далее – Перечень). Кабмин включил в него выплаты безработным гражданам, пособия гражданам, имеющим детей, а также выплаты гражданам, подвергшимся воздействию радиации, в том числе во время аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС (постановление Правительства РФ от 11 апреля 2019 г. № 419 «О внесении изменений в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 1 декабря 2018 г. № 1466″1). Документ вступит в силу 1 мая этого года.
Отметим, что пенсии и иные соцвыплаты для военных, а также граждан, проходивших службу в органах внутренних дел и в Государственной противопожарной службе, органах по контролю за оборотом наркотических средств и психотропных веществ, учреждениях и органах уголовно-исполнительной системы, а также в войсках национальной гвардии выплачиваются на карту «Мир» с 1 февраля текущего года (абз. 1 Перечня).
Добавим, что ранее Банк России рекомендовал банкам подробнее рассказывать гражданам об условиях денежных переводов. Кроме того, регулятор совместно с ФАС России выпустил письмо, в котором рекомендовал им уведомлять клиентов о размере комиссий в банкоматах и платежных терминалах.
