Все программные документы ФАС России в сфере развития конкуренции, по словам заместителя руководителя ведомства Сергея Пузыревского, в настоящий момент разделены на три уровня:

Отмечается, что ФАС России внесла в Правительство РФ шесть законопроектов, в числе которых: пятый «цифровой» антимонопольный пакет, запрет на создание унитарных предприятий либо изменение их видов деятельности, предложение ограничить регионы в принятии решений по тарифам на электроэнергию. Соответствующая информация размещена сегодня на официальном сайте ведомства.

При этом ФАС России сочла необходимым скорректировать Порядок определения начальной (максимальной) цены контракта на поставку лекарственных препаратов для медицинского применения, заключаемого с единственным поставщиком. Сообщается, что соответствующее письмо было направлено в Минздрав России. Министерство уже разработало проект своего соответствующего приказа, которым предлагается не применять обязательное использование референтных цен до размещения соответствующих данных в Единой информационной системе в сфере закупок1. Его общественное обсуждение завершилось 29 марта.
