Правительство РФ скорректировало ряд положений ПДД. В частности, водителям, на автомобилях которых установлены ошипованные шины, не нужно будет размещать опознавательный знак «Шипы». Напомним, что эксплуатация транспортного средства без этого знака запрещена с 4 апреля прошлого года по настоящий момент. Причем за нарушение этого правила предусмотрены такие виды административных наказаний, как предупреждение или штраф в размере 500 руб. (ч. 1 ст. 12.5 КоАП).
Кроме того, постановлением кабмина в п. 2.5 ПДД введено положение о том, что при нахождении на проезжей части водитель обязан соблюдать меры предосторожности (постановление Правительства РФ от 24 ноября 2018 года № 1414 «О внесении изменений в постановление Совета Министров – Правительства Российской Федерации от 23 октября 1993 г. № 1090″1). В числе других нововведений, устанавливаемых документом:
предоставление всем без исключения инвалидам права останавливаться под знаками, запрещающими стоянку, в том числе по четным/нечетным числам месяца отнесение указанной категории граждан в инвалидных колясках с двигателем к пешеходам; регламентация случаев, когда водитель сможет оставить место ДТП (к примеру, когда документы о ДТП могут быть оформлены без участия уполномоченных на то сотрудников полиции).
