Документ подала жительница района Перово, чей дом попал под снос.Как уточняет «Коммерсантъ», в иске оспаривается соответствие закона о реновации Конституции РФ. По словам политика, в документе ссылаются на ее 35-ю статью, где говорится, что «никто не может быть лишен своего имущества иначе как по решению суда». Таким образом, автор иска считает незаконными голосования на портале мэрии Москвы «Активный гражданин» либо решения соседей по дому. Также в иске указано, что общее собрание собственников жилья по Жилищному кодексу не может решать, пойдет дом под реновацию или нет.
Сегодня первый вице-спикер Госдумы Иван Мельников рассказал, что второе чтение законопроекта о реновации жилого фонда в Москве может пройти 9 июня. Ранее его планировалось провести не раньше 5 июля. Парламентские слушания по этому проекту, соответственно, перенесли с 20 на 6 июня.
