Минфин России разработал проект перечня товаров, подлежащих прослеживаемости на территории РФ1. Предполагается, что он начнет применяться с 1 июля 2021 года.
В него включены следующие товары:
цветы срезанные и бутоны цветочные; холодильники и морозильники бытовые; оборудование холодильное и морозильное и тепловые насосы, кроме бытового оборудования; автопогрузчики с вилочным захватом, прочие погрузчики, тягачи, используемые на платформах железнодорожных станций; бульдозеры, грейдеры, дорожные катки, экскаваторы; машины стиральные бытовые и для прачечных; мониторы и проекторы, телевизионные приемники; схемы электронные интегральные; коляски детские; мебель металлическая для офисов; мебель деревянная для предприятий торговли.
ВАЖНО ЗНАТЬ
С 1 июля 2021 года вводится в действие единая система учета ввозимых в РФ товаров и операций, связанных с оборотом таких товаров. Прослеживаемость товаров осуществляется на документарном принципе без нанесения на товар контрольно-идентификационных знаков (в отличие от маркировки).
В этот список не могут быть включены товары из перечня иных систем контроля оборота товаров.
В перечне представлены наименования товаров, а также коды единой Товарной номенклатуры внешнеэкономической деятельности Евразийского экономического союза (ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС) и коды общероссийского классификатора продукции по видам экономической деятельности (ОКПД 2).
Для определения необходимости прослеживаемости товаров рекомендуется использовать переходные ключи (сопоставительные таблицы) ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС – ОКПД 2. Они размещены на официальном сайте Минэкономразвития России в подразделе «Департамент развития секторов экономики» раздела «Руководство» рубрики «О министерстве».
