Документом предлагается запретить организаторам азартных игр в букмекерских конторах и тотализаторах принимать ставки и организовывать заключение пари на официальные детско-юношеские спортивные соревнования.
Разработчики инициативы отмечают, что у несовершеннолетних спортсменов психика менее устойчива, чем у взрослого человека, и границы дозволенного частично размыты. «Это повышает риск готовности несовершеннолетних спортсменов играть на матчах с предрешенным результатом, и рождает соблазн у криминалитета использовать спортивные соревнования детско-юношеских спортивных команд в своих корыстных интересах», — подчеркивают парламентарии.
В случае одобрения законопроекта центрам учета переводов интерактивных ставок букмекерских контор или тотализаторов будет запрещено брать деньги (как обычные, так и электронные) у граждан и переводить их организатору азартных игр в букмекерской конторе на официальные детско-юношеские спортивные соревнования.
Ожидается, что принятие инициативы предотвратит возможность организации договорных матчей между детско-юношескими спортивными командами.
