В случае одобрения законопроекта центрам учета переводов интерактивных ставок букмекерских контор или тотализаторов будет запрещено брать деньги (как обычные, так и электронные) у граждан и переводить их организатору азартных игр в букмекерской конторе на официальные детско-юношеские спортивные соревнования.
Ожидается, что принятие инициативы предотвратит возможность организации договорных матчей между детско-юношескими спортивными командами.
