Соответствующий указ сегодня подписал Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин (указ Мэра Москвы от 14 января 2021 г. № 1-УМ). С понедельника, 18 января московские школьники с 1 по 11 классы приступят к обучению в школах в очном режиме. Транспортные проездные карты школьников для льготного проезда в общественном транспорте будут разблокированы.
Мэр сообщил, что решение об отмене дистанта далось нелегко, поскольку риск роста заболеваемости среди школьников остается высоким. «В случае выявления даже одного случая инфекции – как и в первом полугодии – весь класс будет временно переводиться на дистанционное обучение», – отметил он.
Иные ограничения, установленные указом Мэра Москвы от от 8 июня 2020 г. № 68-УМ, сохранены до 21 января 2021 года, а именно:
до указанной даты для граждан в возрасте старше 65 лет, а также граждан, имеющих заболевания, продлена необходимость соблюдать домашний режим, соответственно, приостановлено действие проездных карт; для работодателей сохранена необходимость перевода не менее 30% сотрудников на дистанционный режим работы, а также работников 65+ и имеющих хронические заболевания; для посещающих организации дополнительного образования и спортивной подготовки продлены каникулы, а работа детских досуговых организаций, подведомственных органам исполнительной власти Москвы, приостановлена; для студентов средних профессиональных и высших учебных образовательных учреждений до 21 января сохраняется дистанционный формат обучения.

По прежнему установлено ограничение на посещение ресторанов и клубов с 23.00 до 06.00. Театры, кинотеатры, концертные залы могут работать с заполняемостью залов на 25%. Проведение культурных, выставочных, просветительских, досуговых мероприятий со зрителями также приостановлено.
Сергей Собянин отметил, что в ближайшие дни будет ясна тенденция по заболеванию коронавирусом, и это позволит принять решения на более длительный срок. «Если не произойдет ухудшения, и стабилизация нынешнего уровня заболеваемости приобретет устойчивый характер, мы рассмотрим возможность смягчения еще ряда ограничений», – добавил мэр.
