Налоговая служба разработала формы документов, применяемых налогоплательщиками при проведении операций с товарами, подлежащими прослеживаемости, а также форматы их представления в электронном виде и порядок их заполнения (приказ ФНС России от 8 июля 2021 г. № ЕД-7-15/645@). Применяться новые формы начнут с 11 сентября – по истечение месяца со дня официального опубликования приказа (10 августа 2021 года).
Так, утверждены следующие формы:
уведомление о перемещении товаров, подлежащих прослеживаемости, с территории РФ на территорию другого государства – члена Евразийского экономического союза;уведомление о ввозе товаров, подлежащих прослеживаемости, с территории другого государства – члена Евразийского экономического союза на территорию РФ и иные территории, находящиеся под ее юрисдикцией;уведомление об имеющихся остатках товаров, подлежащих прослеживаемости;отчет об операциях с товарами, подлежащими прослеживаемости.
Согласно прядка заполнения уведомлений о перемещении товара и о ввозе товара заполняются они на основании сопроводительного документа, которым является счет-фактура, универсальный передаточный документ или иной первичный документ, оформленный на товар, подлежащий прослеживаемости.
