Об этом рассказала1 пресс-служба Уполномоченного при Президенте РФ по правам ребенка Анны Кузнецовой. Система «одного окна» позволит оказывать помощь детям и семьям с детьми по самым разным вопросам: от разрешения экстренной ситуации до консультирования, предоставления необходимой информации.
Социальную поддержку в рамках этой системы будут оказывать не только государственные и муниципальные организации, но и волонтерские движения, НКО и общественные организации, благотворительные фонды и иные структуры, которые готовы предложить свою помощь семье.
Анна Кузнецова пообещала, что в ближайшее время будут определены 20 пилотных регионов, в которых заработает служба помощи «одного окна». Она добавила, что уже разработаны необходимая нормативная база и соответствующий программный продукт.

Напомним, что в начале лета Президент РФ Владимир Путин поставил задачу модернизировать систему социальной помощи гражданам, сделать ее современной, адресной и доступной, устранить барьеры при получении социальных услуг. На встрече с представителями социальных организаций 8 июня он подчеркнул, что необходимо распространять лучшие решения и практики, которые на деле доказывают свою пользу и уже используются в регионах и муниципалитетах и в работе некоммерческого сектора. Глава страны также дал кабмину поручение обеспечить в течение 2022 года внедрение во всех регионах системы долговременного ухода за гражданами пожилого возраста и инвалидами, определив источник финансирования этой системы (Поручение Президента РФ от 24 июня 2021 г. № Пр-1093 «Перечень поручений по итогам встречи с социальными работниками и представителями некоммерческих организаций»).
Анна Кузнецова обратила также внимание на то, что за последние два года количество обращений в аппарат детского омбудсмена по вопросам, связанным с социальным обеспечением, выросло более чем в 2,5 раза. В 2020 году такие обращения составили 15,2% от общего числа.
