Минздрав России издал приказ от 31 июля 2020 г. № 780н, которым определены виды аптечных организаций. Согласно документу аптеки следует разделять на четыре категории. К первой относятся аптеки, осуществляющие розничную торговлю лекарственных препаратов населению в виде готовых лекарственных форм, производственные аптеки с правом изготовления лекарственных препаратов и производственные с правом изготовления асептических лекарственных препаратов. Ко второму виду отнесены аптеки, работающие в виде структурного подразделения медорганизации. Такие аптеки могут функционировать с правом продажи готовых лекарственных форм, а также производственные с правом изготовления лекарственных препаратов, изготовления асептических лекарственных препаратов и изготовления радиофармацевтических лекарственных препаратов.
Следующий вид аптечной организации определен как аптечный пункт, который также может существовать в качестве структурного подразделения медорганизации.
Аптечный киоск определен как еще одна категория аптечных организаций.

Данный приказ разработан Минздравом России во исполнение ч. 2 ст. 55 Федерального закона от 12 апреля 2010 г. № 61-ФЗ «Об обращении лекарственных средств» (далее – Закон № 61-ФЗ) и вступит в силу с 1 января 2021 года.
Напомним, что с 3 апреля 2020 года в названный закон внесены поправки, согласно которым розничная торговля лекарственными препаратами за исключением отпускаемых по рецепту, наркотических и психотропных лекарственных препаратов, а также спиртосодержащих с объемной долей этилового спирта свыше 25% может осуществляться аптечными организациями дистанционным способом (ч. 1.1. ст. 55 Закона № 61-ФЗ). Перечень выданных аптечным организациям разрешений на интернет-торговлю Росздравнадзор публикует на своем сайте, о чем портал ГАРАНТ.РУ рассказывал ранее.
