Минприроды России предлагает скорректировать правила назначения административной ответственности за нарушение требований лесного законодательства об учете древесины и сделок с ней1. В частности, планируется штрафовать за непредставление или несвоевременное представление информации о начале использования или прекращении использования сопроводительного документа в ЕГАИС учета древесины и сделок с ней, а также представление заведомо ложной информации о начале использования или прекращении использования сопроводительного документа на сумму:
от 5 тыс. до 20 тыс. руб. для должностных лиц; от 7 тыс. до 25 тыс. руб. для ИП; от 50 тыс. до 200 тыс. руб. для юрлиц.
При этом административную ответственность за транспортировку древесины без сопроводительного документа, оформленного в установленном порядке, предлагают дифференцировать. В частности, за транспортировку древесины без сопроводительного документа либо с поддельным сопроводительным документом предполагается наказывать должностных лиц административным штрафом в размере от 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб. с возможной конфискацией древесины и (или) транспортных средств, являющихся орудием совершения правонарушения, юрлиц – штрафом в размере от 500 тыс. до 700 тыс. руб. с возможной аналогичной конфискацией. А за транспортировку древесины с сопроводительным документом, заполненным с нарушением установленного порядка, планируется наказывать должностных лиц административным штрафом от 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб., а юрлиц – штрафом от 50 тыс. до 100 тыс. руб.
