Сегодня в ходе второго чтения законопроекта об изменении пенсионной системы представители всех фракций единогласно одобрили поправки к документу Президента РФ Владимира Путина, в частности, о снижении предполагаемого возраста выхода на пенсию для женщин с 63 до 60 лет. Также указанными поправками планируется сохранить право досрочного выхода на пенсию для многодетных матерей. Ожидается, что при наличии пяти детей женщина сможет выйти на пенсию в 50 лет, при наличии четырех детей – в 56 лет, при наличии трех детей – в 57 лет. Кроме того, предполагается предоставить право оформить пенсию на полгода раньше тем, кто в ближайшие два года должен был выйти на пенсию.
Помимо этого нижней палатой парламента поддержано предложение главы государства об увеличении размера максимального пособия по безработице для людей предпенсионного возраста с 4900 руб. до 11 280 руб.
Согласно президентским поправкам стаж, дающий право на досрочный выход на пенсию, составит 37 лет для женщин и 42 года – для мужчин.

И наконец, Госдума поддержала инициативу о выплате с 1 января следующего года 25%-й надбавки к страховой пенсии неработающим пенсионерам, живущим в селе и имеющим не менее 30 лет стажа в сельском хозяйстве. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте нижней палаты парламента.
Напомним, что вчера Госдума приняла закон об уголовной ответственности за увольнение лиц предпенсионного возраста, который также был президентской инициативой. В настоящий момент на рассмотрении в нижней палате парламента также находятся законопроекты о сохранении за указанными лицами прав на обязательную долю в наследстве, а также на алименты.
