Уточняется, что заявки на кредит принимаются и рассматриваются в режиме онлайн на сайтах «Почта банка», Фонда развития Дальнего Востока и Агентства по развитию человеческого капитала. При этом потратить заемные средства получатель сможет только на товары, представленные в интернет-магазинах партнеров программы. На это кредиторам отводится 30 календарных дней с момента одобрения заявки.
Отмечается, что в программе льготного кредитования участвуют магазины, предлагающие широкий выбор различных видов оборудования, электроинструмента, автотехники, строительных материалов (кирпич, пено- и газоблоки, окна, двери и т. д.). К проекту также присоединились компании, оказывающие услуги жилищного строительства. Ассортимент доступных товаров и перечень поставщиков доступны на официальном сайте программы и будут расширяться .
