На месяц сократятся сроки камеральных проверок

Госдума одобрила законопроект, согласно которому срок камеральных налоговых проверок уменьшается с трех до двух месяцев.
«Сокращается срок налоговой камеральной проверки. Это значит, что оборотные средства не будут отвлекаться у бизнеса», — заявляют авторы инициативы. Камеральные проверки проводятся налоговыми инспекторами дистанционно и не подразумевают личного присутствия налоговиков в организации. В данный момент они проводятся в течение трех месяцев со дня представления налоговой декларации.
Изначально предлагалось уменьшить срок камеральных проверок до месяца, но против такой меры выступала ФНС РФ. Новые сроки проверки составят максимум два месяца с возможностью продления до трех по решению главы налогового органа.
