Охраняемые природные территории будут «жить» за счет неналоговых платежей

Правительство намерено изменить механизм финансирования новых природоохранных территорий федерального значения.Предполагается, что функционирование особо охраняемых природных территорий (ООПТ) будет осуществляться за счет неналоговых доходов бюджета: штрафов за нарушения законодательства об ООПТ и платы за возмещение вреда. Такую схему согласовали Минприроды и Минфин. Речь идет о суммах в 200–600 млн рублей в год. Ожидается, что это увеличит эффективность работы природоохранных инспекторов.
