Промоутера гонки Formula 1 в Сочи освободят от НДС

Автономной некоммерческой организации «Росгонки» в безвозмездное пользование передадут трассы «Сочи Автодрома», а также все объекты для проведения этапа Чемпионата мира по автогонкам в классе «Формула-1».Соответствующий законопроект внесен на рассмотрение Госдумы.Документ, разработанный в Кабмине, предлагает освободить «Росгонки» от уплаты НДС после передачи трассы, расположенной в Имеретинской низменности.В настоящее время при безвозмездной передаче, Налоговый кодекс России предусматривает начисление налога непосредственно на факт передачи и восстановление НДС, который был возмещен налогоплательщику при строительстве этих объектов.
