Обсуждается снижение НДПИ для добычи редких металлов

В целях повышения рентабельности добычи редких металлов Минприроды России вышло с предложением снизить налоги для этой отрасли. Ведомством уже разрабатываются необходимые изменения в НК РФ.«При существующих ставках и режиме исчисления НДПИ проекты по добыче редких металлов не отвечают необходимым критериям финансовой состоятельности и показывают значительно более низкие показатели окупаемости по сравнению со средними проектами российских горнорудных компаний по добыче других видов твердых полезных ископаемых», — заявили в министерстве.В Минприроды предлагают снизить НДПИ до 4,8%, который в настоящее время составляет 8%, при этом, в особых случаях налог могут даже обнулить. При положительном решении развитие отрасли позволит пополнить российский бюджет на 400 млн рублей.
