Ждать СНИЛС можно до 10 рабочих дней (п. 14, 41 Административного регламента, утв. Минтруда России от 2 марта 2017 г. № 230н). Теперь узнать страховой номер можно в день подачи документов. Попросите работника сходить в отделение фонда. Специалист ПФР за 20 минут зарегистрирует заявление и выдаст человеку лист с номером.
Если работник сдает ее сам, нужен только паспорт. Если за него сдает кто-то другой, то еще нужны доверенность и паспорт представителя. Заверите доверенность у нотариуса — паспорт того, на кого оформляют СНИЛС, уже не нужен.
