В соответствии с указанным приказом Минтруда России к сиделкам не будут предъявляться требования к опыту практической работы и устанавливаться особые условия для допуска к ней. Однако станет обязательным предварительное освоение программы профессиональной подготовки по должностям служащих и прохождение обучения оказанию первой помощи (приказ Минтруда России от 30 июля 2018 г. № 507н «Об утверждении профессионального стандарта «Сиделка (помощник по уходу)»1).
Обобщенная трудовая функция сиделок (помощников по уходу) – предоставление услуг по уходу за лицами, нуждающимися в постороннем уходе, которая включает в себя пять подфункций в отношении таких лиц:
оказание услуг общего ухода и помощи при осуществлении повседневной деятельности; организация приема пищи и проведение кормления; повседневное наблюдение за самочувствием и состоянием здоровья; обеспечение досуга; поддержание санитарных норм жизнедеятельности.
Для выполнения каждой из этих подфункций определены свои необходимые трудовые действия, знания и умения. Так, для поддержания санитарных норм жизнедеятельности лиц, нуждающихся в постороннем уходе, в частности, нужно стирать нательное и постельное белье в домашних условиях, а также менять постельное белье и одежду лица, нуждающегося в уходе. А для обеспечения досуга таких лиц сиделкам (помощникам по уходу) необходимо умение преодолевать в отношениях с людьми агрессию и враждебность.
