Согласован подход к розничной и оптовой цены на водку

Минфин России и Росалкогольрегулирование согласовали подход к формированию розничной и оптовой цены на водку. Об этом журналистам сообщил глава департамента налоговой и таможенной политики Минфина Алексей Сазанов.
«Мы согласовали подходы к формированию цены, розничной и оптовой. Мы согласовали параметры с Росалкогольрегулированием, аппаратом курирующего вице-премьера (вице-премьер Александр Хлопонин — прим. ред.)», — сказал Сазанов.
Параметрами формирования минимальной цены на водку станут себестоимость, наценка производителя в оптовом звене, а также наценка в рознице.
«Себестоимость будет меняться. И, естественно, будет меняться цена», — отметил он. Однако, будет ли ежегодно меняться размер наценки, Минфин не прогнозирует.Министерство финансов уже направило на регистрацию в Минюст приказ об увеличении минимальной розничной цены на водку до 205 рублей за бутылку 0,5 л с нынешних 190 рублей.Вопрос о повышении минимальной цены на водку встал после увеличения ставки акциза на крепкие алкогольные напитки с 1 января 2017 года — с 500 рублей за 1 л спирта до 523 рублей.Как заявлял глава департамента налоговой и таможенной политики Минфина России Алексей Сазанов, министерство согласует единый алгоритм для автоматического расчета минимальной розничной цены на водку, который будет проводиться 1-2 раза в год с учетом ставки акциза и надбавок производителей.
