Появилась третья территория опережающего развития

В Приамурье появилась третья территория опережающего развития — «Свободный». Она стала семнадцатой и крупнейшей на Дальнем Востоке. Постановление о создании новой ТОР накануне утвердило правительство страны.
Хотя территория опережающего развития «Свободный» только получила официальный юридический статус, о благоприятных перспективах этой ТОР можно говорить уже сейчас. Об интересе к реализации там своих проектов заявили три инвестора. Один из них — «Газпром» — уже строит Амурский ГПЗ. Предприятие станет самым мощным в стране по переработке природного газа. Общий объём вложений оценивается в 690 миллиардов рублей. Ещё один проект — газохимический комбинат, который возведёт «СИБУР». А компания «Технолизинг» планирует построить завод по производству метанола.
На развитие новой ТОР только на первом этапе планируется направить более триллиона рублей частного капитала, будет создано порядка 4,5 тысяч рабочих мест. 80 процентов произведённой продукции в «Свободном» будет экспортироваться в Китай. ТОРы интересны для бизнеса немалым количеством преференций, самые значимые из которых — нулевые налог на прибыль, таможенные пошлины и НДС.
Кроме того, резиденты бесплатно получают землю и готовую инфраструктуру, а также всяческое содействие со стороны администрации муниципалитета, где расположена территория опережающего развития. В свою очередь, предполагается, что только с реализацией ранее упомянутых проектов в «Свободном» бюджет области увеличится вдвое.
