Решения иностранных судов не будут исполняться в России, если речь в них идет об изъятии имущества на территории РФ или ликвидации деятельности юридических лиц.Разъяснения по этому вопросу содержатся в проекте постановления пленума Верховного суда РФ о рассмотрении арбитражными судами споров с участием иностранных компаний. Чтобы решение иностранного суда было исполнено, потребуется подтверждение российского суда.
