«МИР» придет на предприятия с выручкой 40 млн

В скором времени торгово-сервисные предприятия с выручкой от 40 млн рублей обяжут принимать к оплате национальные карты «Мир».
В соответствии с требованием, содержащимся в законопроекте, который думский комитет по финансовому рынку рекомендовал принять во втором чтении, нововведение должно вступить в силу до 1 июля 2017 года. В настоящее время закон обязывает принимать к оплате банковские карты только те торговые точки, выручка которых превышает 120 млн рублей. По мнению экспертов, проект затронет около 200 000 предприятий. В ФАС полагают, что далеко не все поспеют к установленному сроку так, как раньше вообще не принимали карты. Вместе с тем, это не освобождает предпринимателей от ответственности: штраф за неисполнение требования для юрлиц составляет порядка 50 000 рублей. При этом специалисты указывают: небольшим предприятиям просто невыгодно переходить на безналичный расчет из-за его затратности в связи с высокими банковскими комиссиями.
