Введен упрощенный механизм подтверждения льготы по уплате акциза

С 1 апреля 2017 года для подтверждения освобождения от уплаты акциза вместо копий таможенных деклараций и товаросопроводительных документов налогоплательщик вправе представить реестры в электронной форме.Вступили в силу изменения, внесенные Федеральным законом 05.04.2016 № 101-ФЗ в статью 198 Налогового Кодекса Российской Федерации. Ранее налогоплательщики для подтверждения освобождения от уплаты акциза в обязательном порядке представляли в налоговый орган полный пакет документов на бумаге.Правомерность освобождения от уплаты акциза будет проверяться налоговыми органами с помощью сопоставления данных Федеральной таможенной службы и электронных реестров налогоплательщика.Такой алгоритм подтверждения освобождения от уплаты акциза является следующим шагом в развитии электронного документооборота. Он уже знаком налогоплательщикам по аналогичной процедуре подтверждения нулевой ставки НДС. Таким образом, ФНС России продолжает переход от проверки самих документов к проверке значимых сведений из них.
