Налоговая служба на своем официальном сайте опубликовала напоминание организациям об истечении срока уплаты транспортного и земельного налога за 2020 год. Последний день уплаты — 1 марта 2021 года.
Единые сроки уплаты установлены нормами, вступившими в силу с 1 января 2021 года и применяющимися начиная с налогового периода 2020 года (Федеральный закон от 29 сентября 2019 г. № 325-ФЗ). Так, уплатить годовой налог нужно не позднее 1 марта года, следующего за истекшим налоговым периодом, а авансовые платежи подлежат уплате не позднее последнего числа месяца, следующего за истекшим отчетным периодом (I, II и III кварталы календарного года). В 2021 году авансовые платежи по транспортному и земельному налогам нужно будет уплачивать за I квартал не позднее 30 апреля, за II квартал не позднее 2 августа (так как 31 июля и 1 августа – нерабочие дни), а за III квартал не позднее 1ноября (31 октября – нерабочий день).
Обратите внимание, что вышеуказанные единые сроки уплаты налогов и авансовых платежей установлены во всех субъектах РФ. Однако регионы могут не вводить авансовые платежи, предусмотрев это законами или нормативными правовыми актами представительных органов муниципальных образований.

ФНС России указывает, что в случае неуплаты самостоятельно исчисляемых организацией налогов и авансовых платежей по ним начисляются пени, и принимаются меры по принудительному взысканию недоимки, в том числе исходя из направленного налогоплательщику сообщения об исчисленной сумме налога и требования о его уплате.
