Участники программы государственного софинансирования пенсионных накоплений должны сделать взнос на будущую пенсию до конца текущего года. Об этом напоминает ПФР на своем официальном сайте.
Напомним, уплата дополнительных страховых взносов на накопительную пенсию дает возможность увеличить будущую пенсию застрахованных лиц, которые подали заявление о вступлении в программу государственного софинансирования формирования пенсионных накоплений в срок до 31 декабря 2014 года и уплатили первый взнос до 31 января 2015 года. Так, если участник программы перечисляет на свою накопительную пенсию 2 тыс. руб. и более в год, то такую же сумму в пределах 2-12 тыс. руб. в год перечислит на его индивидуальный лицевой счет государство. Пенсионные выплаты с учетом государственного софинансирования гражданин сможет получить при оформлении накопительной пенсии.
Существует два способа внести взнос по программе:
уплатить его самостоятельно через кредитную организацию (бланк платежной квитанции с необходимыми реквизитами можно получить в банке, клиентской службе ПФР по месту жительства или сформировать с помощью электронного сервиса ПФР);внести через работодателя (для этого требуется подать в бухгалтерию заявление в произвольной форме с указанием размера платежа в денежной сумме или в процентах от зарплаты).
Взносы можно перечислять равными платежами в течение года (например, платить по 1 тыс. руб. в месяц) или разовым платежом (в декабре перечислить 12 тыс. руб.). Причем независимо от используемого способа перечисления средств они не облагаются НДФЛ, и участники программы могут воспользоваться социальным налоговым вычетом на сумму уплаченных взносов.
Контролировать формирование средств в рамках программы софинансирования можно через личный кабинет на сайте ПФР, на портале госуслуг, а также посредством полученных в ПФР или МФЦ выписок из лицевого счета. Там отражается вся информация, включая совершенные платежи, поступившее государственное софинансирование и полученный от этих средств инвестиционный доход.
ПФР обращает внимание на право работодателей принимать участие в программе софинансирования пенсионных накоплений своих сотрудников. «На сумму ежегодного взноса работодателя в пределах 12 тыс. руб. за одного работника не начисляются страховые взносы на обязательное пенсионное страхование. Помимо этого, взносы работодателя включаются в состав расходов, учитываемых при налогообложении прибыли», – подчеркивается в сообщении.
