ФПА РФ на своем официальном сайте представила видеоконцепцию создания единой корпоративной информационной среды адвокатского сообщества. В настоящее время ведется работа по подбору разработчиков цифрового сервиса.
Как следует из презентации комплексной информационной системы, в ее первоочередные задачи входит создание удобной цифровой рабочей среды для адвоката и адвокатских палат, способной существовать во взаимодействии с электронными сервисами органов госвласти разных уровней и судов всех инстанций.
Заявляется, что важными направлениями станут: внедрение электронного документооборота как персонально для адвоката, так и для адвокатских образований, ведение единого реестра адвокатов, оптимизация делопроизводства, поддерживание прямой корпоративной связи. Также не исключается возможность подачи документов адвокатами в суд в электронном виде и их участие в судебных заседаниях по видеоконференцсвязи.
Представители Минюста России поддерживают идею создания автоматизированного сервиса по удаленному распределению участия адвокатов в уголовных делах в порядке ст. 50 УПК РФ по назначению следователя или суда. Советы региональных адвокатских палат смогут определять, кто из адвокатов и в каком порядке должен участвовать в системе распределения дел в соответствии с порядком назначения адвокатов в качестве защитников в уголовном судопроизводстве, утв. решением Совета ФПА РФ от 15 марта 2019 года.
В перспективе также планируется разработать систему поиска клиентов и удаленного оказания юридической помощи. Чтобы освободить адвокатов от рутинной технической работы посредством технологий Legal Tech будет разработана система применения конструктора правовых документов, программы распознавания форматов текстов и автоматического составления типовых документов, чат-ботов и других интеллектуальных помощников, что значительно облегчит работу адвоката. Для снижения корпоративных расходов на связь предусмотрено введение ip-телефонии. Помимо стационарной версии планируется разработка мобильного приложения комплексной информационной системы.
