В конце сентября Минфин России подготовил законопроект о федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов. В течение месяца, до 4 ноября, можно было подать поправки к документу. После этого срока началась работа с поступившими предложениями и замечаниями. Как сообщал член Комитета по труду, социальной политике и делам ветеранов Андрей Исаев, в этом году таких поправок было направлено более 400.
После обработки всех поступивших замечаний и внесения изменений в законопроект, Президент РФ подписал закон о федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и на плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов (Федеральный закон от 2 декабря 2019 г. № 380-ФЗ).
Согласно документу, основные показатели федерального бюджета остались на ранее запланированном уровне. Так, в 2020 году ВВП составит 112 863 млрд руб., а уровень инфляции – 3%. На 2021 год запланирован уровень ВВП в размере 120 364 млрд руб., а на 2022 год – 128 508 млрд руб. При этом уровень инфляции не должен превысить 4%. Напомним, что вместе с законом о федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов, также был разработан закон, предусматривающий некоторые особенности исполнения федерального бюджета (Федеральный закон от 12 ноября 2019 г. № 367-ФЗ). Так, в частности, устанавливается порядок направления остатков средств федерального бюджета на начало 2020 год.
