Совет директоров Банка России в ходе состоявшегося сегодня заседания принял решение1 повысить ключевую ставку на 75 б.п. до 7,50% годовых. Вновь определенный размер ставки начнет применяться с 25 октября.
Напомним, прежний размер ключевой ставки 6,75% применялся с 13 сентября текущего года. В прошлый раз регулятор повысил ее на четверть процентного пункта. Повышение ключевой ставки регулятор проводит с 22 марта текущего года, до этого, начиная с июня 2019 года, данный показатель стабильно снижался. Проследить изменение показателя ключевой ставки можно в нашей бизнес-справке.
Следующее заседание по данному вопросу Совет директоров проведет 17 декабря 2021 года.
Отметим, ключевая ставка выступает в качестве основного индикатора денежно-кредитной политики и имеет значение для реализации гражданско-правовых, а также трудовых отношений. Она используется при расчете процентов за пользование чужими денежными средствами по ст. 395 ГК РФ, законных процентов по денежным обязательствам в соответствии со ст. 317.1 ГК РФ, налоговой пени, компенсации за задержку работодателем заработной платы, оплаты отпуска, выплат при увольнении, а также в иных случаях.
