Проживающие в столице граждане старше 18 лет, перенесшие острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения, инфаркт миокарда, которым выполнены аортокоронарное шунтирование, ангиопластика коронарных артерий со стентированием или катетерная абляция по поводу сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, смогут получать необходимые лекарственные препараты в течение двух лет вместо одного года. Соответствующая информация приводится в постановлении Правительства Москвы от 19 октября 2021 года № 1635-ПП1, подписанном мэром города Сергеем Собяниным.
Напомним, помимо указанной категории лиц необходимые лекарства на безвозмездной основе могут приобретать москвичи, страдающие мерцательной аритмией либо гиперлипидемией с очень высоким риском развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Они могут пользоваться гарантией дополнительного лекарственного обеспечения пожизненно. Датой начала периода, в течение которого москвичи могут реализовать свое право на приобретение бесплатных медикаментов, считается день постановки на диспансерное наблюдение в связи с перенесением таких заболеваний или выполнением перечисленных медицинских вмешательств, исчисляемых с 1 января текущего года.
Летом этого года Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин утвердил постановление, предполагающее внесение изменений в приложение к государственной программе «Развитие здравоохранения» в части увеличения срока предоставления медицинской льготы. В общей сумме на эту меру поддержки в бюджете выделено около 10 млрд руб.
