В связи с ухудшающейся эпидемиологической обстановкой Мэр Москвы ввел новые ограничения (Указ Мэра Москвы от 21 октября 2021 г. № 62-УМ «О внесении изменений в указ Мэра Москвы от 8 июня 2020 г. N 68-УМ»).
Так, в Москве нерабочие дни начнутся раньше – с 28 октября и продолжатся до 7 ноября 2021 года. В этот период не будут работать все предприятия и организации, за исключением тех, которые обеспечивают функционирование городской инфраструктуры, а также предприятия непрерывного цикла и ряд других компаний.
Таким образом ограничения коснутся:
предприятий и организаций сферы торговли, услуг, общественного питания, спорта, культуры, отдыха, развлечений, кинопоказа и других, за исключением продажи лекарств, продуктов питания и иных товаров первой необходимости. При этом продажа товаров и оказание услуг дистанционным способом не ограничивается; рестораны и кафе могут работать только на вынос и доставку готовых блюд. Работа корпоративных предприятий общественного питания и ресторанов в гостиницах ограничена не будет при условии, что в них нет доступа посторонних лиц.
Также не будут работать центры «Мои документы» и помещениях органов власти города Москвы, за исключением срочных услуг по регистрации актов гражданского состояния. Услуги можно будет получить только в электронном виде.
Детские сады и школы уйдут на каникулы. Однако дошкольников, которых не с кем будет оставить, можно будет отвести в дежурные группы. Также будет приостановлена деятельность организаций дополнительного образования, спортивных школ, детских кружков и секций. Для высших и профессиональных учебных заведений предусмотрена дистанционная работа.
С подборкой проектов и интернет-ресурсов компании «Гарант» специально для студентов можно ознакомится на нашем сервисе ГАРАНТ – Образование.
Медорганизации продолжат оказывать плановую медицинскую помощь. Экстренная медицинская помощь сохраняется в полном объеме.
Продолжат работу театры и музеи при условии, что заполняемость помещений будет не более 50%. Вход будет возможен только при наличии маски и QR-кода.
Также в городе вводится запрет на проведение массовых культурных, зрелищных, спортивных, рекламных, развлекательных и прочих мероприятий, за исключением мероприятий, проводимых по решению органов госвласти, либо по согласованию с Роспотребнадзором.
Вышеуказанный режим работы будет действовать до окончания нерабочих дней. После этого с 8 ноября 2021 г. для пожилых москвичей в возрасте старше 60 лет и хронически больных граждан в связи с введением домашнего режима будет приостановлен бесплатный проезд в общественном транспорте. Но блокировка социальных карт не коснется тех, кто уже переболел COVID-19 в течение последних шести месяцев или прошел вакцинацию. Разблокировать карту можно будет уже после введения первого компонента вакцины.
Театры и музеи продолжат работу с обязательным использованием QR-кодов, защитных масок и максимальной 70% заполняемостью помещений.
Также с 8 ноября 2021 года QR-коды и защитные маски потребуются при посещении концертных, развлекательных, культурных, зрелищных, спортивных и прочих мероприятий с одновременным присутствием более 500 человек.
