На официальном сайте Генеральной прокуратуры РФ в специальном разделе опубликован сводный план проведения плановых проверок на 2019 год. Сообщается, что прокуроры субъектов и специализированные прокуроры в рамках компетенции представили для ознакомления региональные сегменты этого плана.
Отмечено, что при формировании плана проверок прокуроры рассмотрели предложения контролирующих органов различных уровней о проверках юрлиц и ИП. Также была дана оценка законности и обоснованности включения контрольных мероприятий в отношении субъектов предпринимательства. Ознакомиться с планом можно здесь: plan.genproc.gov.ru/plan2019/.
Чтобы получить информацию о проверяемом лице, необходимо указать ОГРН, ИНН, название организации, выбрать месяц проверки из списка, также нужно ввести наименование контролирующего органа и адрес компании. В результате можно будет узнать месяц начала и срок проверки, наименование органа, который ее проведет, а также цель контрольных мероприятий, например, соблюдение требований земельного законодательства или пожарной безопасности, санитарных норм.

Напомним, что в 2019-2020 годах запрещены плановые проверки субъектов малого предпринимательства, сведения о которых включены в Единый реестр субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства. Мораторий продлили в конце декабря 2018 года (ст. 1 Федерального закона от 25 декабря 2018 г. № 480-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон «О защите прав юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей при осуществлении государственного контроля (надзора) и муниципального контроля» и статью 35 Федерального закона «О водоснабжении и водоотведении»).
