Сегодня Совет директоров Банка России принял решение не менять размер ключевой ставки, установленной 14 декабря прошлого года, оставив ее на уровне 7,75% годовых. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте регулятора. Таким образом, размер ключевой ставки соответствует ее уровню ровно год назад. Однако затем начиная с 9 февраля ее уровень дважды снижался до итоговых 7,25%, трижды сохранялся на прежнем уровне, а затем дважды увеличивался – до нынешних 7,75%, которые стали применяться с 17 декабря 2018 года.
Банк России отмечает, что в январе текущего года повышение НДС не очень сильно повлияло на годовые темпы роста потребительских цен, а более точную оценку такого влияния можно будет дать, как минимум, в апреле текущего года. Вместе с тем, по оценкам регулятора, годовая инфляция временно ускорится, достигнув максимума в первые шесть месяцев этого года, и составит 5-5,5% к концу 2019 года.
Поясняется, что все дальнейшие решения по величине ключевой ставки будут приниматься с учетом динамики инфляции и экономики относительно прогноза, а также рисков со стороны внешних условий и реакции на них финансовых рынков. В следующий раз заседание Совета директоров регулятора по это вопросу состоится 22 марта.
