Речь идет о проведении в четырех субъектах РФ (Москве, Московской и Калужской областях, в Республике Татарстан) эксперимента по применению нового налогового режима для самозанятых (Федеральный закон от 27 ноября 2018 г. № 422-ФЗ1).

Применение налога на профессиональный доход предусмотрено с 1 января 2019 года до 31 декабря 2028 года. Плательщиками такого налога станут физические лица (в т. ч. ИП), получающие доходы от деятельности не более 2,4 млн руб. в год, при условии, что они не имеют работодателя и наемных работников по трудовым договорам. При этом налоговый режим для них будет добровольным.

В рамках эксперимента налоговая ставка составит 4% от дохода, полученного от сделок с физлицами, и 6% от дохода по сделкам с юрлицами или ИП.
