Президент РФ Владимир Путин утвердил перечень поручений по итогам форума Общероссийской общественной организации «Деловая Россия». Так, к 1 июля Минюсту России поручено подготовить при участии заинтересованных федеральных органов исполнительной власти и указанной общественной организации предложения о внесении в законодательство изменений, предусматривающих:
исключение одновременного привлечения юрлица и его работника к административной ответственности за одни и те же действия или бездействие; недопущение возможности назначения нескольких административных наказаний при выявлении однородных административных правонарушений, ответственность за которые предусмотрена одной статьей или ее частью Особенной части КоАП; запрет на рассмотрение дел об административных правонарушениях, возбужденных по результатам государственного контроля (надзора), лицами, непосредственно участвовавшими в его осуществлении и составившими протоколы об административных правонарушениях1.
Помимо этого Правительству РФ совместно с региональными органами исполнительной власти нужно будет до 15 июня представить предложения об обеспечении возможности подачи заявления об оспаривании результатов определения кадастровой стоимости в электронной форме.

До 31 марта текущего года МИД России предстоит совместно с МВД России, ФСБ России и Ростуризмом представить предложения об упрощении порядка оформления виз (в том числе за счет расширения практики оформления электронных виз) иностранцам, въезжающим в туристических целях. А до 30 апреля Банку России совместно с правительством поручено подготовить предложения о возможности снижения размера отдельных видов комиссий за перевод денежных средств в ходе безналичных расчетов, в том числе с использованием банковских карт. Также им до указанной даты нужно будет предложить способ осуществления расчетов между юрлицами с использованием электронных платежных инструментов, а также о механизмы обеспечения контроля за этими расчетами. Кроме того, регулятору совместно с кабмином и Росфинмониторингом предстоит до 30 апреля принять необходимые меры и исключить необоснованные отказы кредитных организаций в выполнении распоряжений юрлиц и граждан о совершении операций с денежными средствами.
