В заявлении нужно указать предметы, по которым участник хочет сдавать единый госэкзамен, причем их может быть сколько угодно. Для выпускников 2019 года обязательными являются только русский язык и математика, правда, в последнем случае можно выбрать только один уровень – базовый либо профильный. А выпускники прошлых лет смогут сдавать математику только на профильном уровне.

Школьники подают заявления по месту учебы, другие участники должны сообщить о своем желании в места регистрации на сдачу ЕГЭ, которые определяются региональными органами управления образованием. Подавать их нужно на основании документа, удостоверяющего личность, принадлежащего самому участнику, его родителю или уполномоченному лицу – в зависимости от того, кто направляет заявление. Уполномоченному лицу также потребуется доверенность. При этом выпускникам прошлых лет нужно предъявить оригиналы документов об образовании или их заверенные копии, участникам с ограниченными возможностями здоровья – копию рекомендаций психолого-медико-педагогической комиссии, а участникам-инвалидам – оригинал или заверенную копию справки, подтверждающей факт установления инвалидности.
Подать заявление можно и после 1 февраля, но только при наличии уважительных причин, например, болезни или иных подтвержденных документально обстоятельств. Региональная государственная экзаменационная комиссия примет решение о допуске к ЕГЭ в таком случае, причем это возможно не позднее, чем за две недели до начала экзаменов.
Напомним, что расписание ЕГЭ на этот год пока не утверждено, однако есть соответствующий проект. Он определяет, что досрочные экзамены пройдут с 20 марта по 10 апреля, основной этап начнется 27 мая, а завершится 1 июля, если считать резервные дни.
