Подписанный Президентом РФ Владимиром Путиным Федеральный закон от 29 мая 2019 г. № 119-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в статьи 14 и 79 Федерального закона «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации» наделяет медорганизации дополнительной обязанностью – предоставлять возможность родственникам и иным членам семьи или законным представителям пациента посещать его в медицинской организации, в т. ч. в ее структурном подразделении, предназначенном для проведения интенсивной терапии и реанимационных мероприятий.
Таким образом, если раньше вопрос о допуске родных в реанимацию решался на усмотрение главного врача, то теперь такая обязанность будет закреплена законодательно1. Общие требования к организации посещения больных в реанимации должен утвердить Минздрав России.
