Минюст России представил для общественного обсуждения и независимой антикоррупционной экспертизы новую форму исполнительного листа. В них помимо Ф. И. О., места жительства или пребывания, даты и места рождения, а также места работы должников-физлиц предлагается также указывать один из следующих идентификаторов:
СНИЛС; ИНН; серию и номер паспорта; серию и номер водительского удостоверения; серию и номер свидетельства о регистрации транспортного средства1.
При этом из новых исполнительных листов предполагается убрать информацию о дате и месте рождения взыскателей. В случае принятия соответствующее постановление Правительства РФ вступит в силу 1 января 2020 года. Уточняется, что новые бланки исполнительных листов будут введены в действие по истечении одного года со дня вступления документа в силу. Причем оформление исполнительных листов как на старых, так и новых бланках будет возможно в период с 1 января 2021 года по 31 декабря 2022 года. Вместе с тем исполнительные листы, оформленные на бланках старого образца, выданные до истечения этого периода, станут признаваться действительными наравне с новыми исполнительными листами и не будут подлежать обмену.

Общественное обсуждение и независимая антикоррупционная экспертиза документа завершатся 11 марта. Напомним, что с 8 января текущего года предельный размер суммы по исполнительному листу, которую взыскатель может истребовать самостоятельно, увеличился с 25 тыс. до 100 тыс. руб.
