Так, к 15 декабря текущего года Правительству РФ при участии АНО «Агентство стратегических инициатив» и ведущих общественных объединений предпринимателей поручено обеспечить создание и внедрение в пилотном режиме цифровой платформы для приема обращений предпринимателей в связи с оказанием на них давления со стороны правоохранительных органов. А к 1 октября МВД России, ФСБ России, Генеральной прокуратуре РФ и Следственному комитету РФ предстоит издать акты, предусматривающие утверждение порядка рассмотрения указанных обращений. До 30 июня кабмину при участии ведущих деловых объединений предпринимателей поручено подготовить доклад об обеспечении внесения в законодательство изменений об отмене с 1 января 2021 года всех устаревших правовых актов при проверках бизнеса.
К 10 апреля Правительству РФ в числе прочего предстоит обеспечить внесение в законодательство изменений, позволяющих индексировать пенсии сверх прожиточного минимума. Отметим, что правительственная комиссия по законопроектной деятельности уже одобрила соответствующую инициативу. А к 25 марта кабмину предстоит обеспечить подготовку изменений, направленных на:
увеличение размера пособий по уходу за детьми-инвалидами до 10 тыс. руб. с 1 июля текущего года (независимая антикоррупционная экспертиза соответствующего проекта указа Президента РФ завершится 28 февраля);установление выплат из федерального бюджета в размере 450 тыс. руб. в счет погашения кредита (займа) в случае рождения после 1 января текущего года третьего ребенка или последующих детей в семьях, взявших ипотеку на жилье;снятие ограничений по срокам на льготную ипотеку для семей с детьми (речь идет о субсидировании процентной ставки до 6% годовых по ипотечным жилищным кредитам семьям с двумя и более детьми).
Кроме того, до 1 декабря Правительству РФ поручено обеспечить внесение в законодательство изменений, направленных на увеличение с 1 января следующего года размера среднедушевого дохода семьи, дающего право на получение ежемесячных выплат в связи с рождением первого или второго ребенка – с полуторакратной на двукратную величину прожиточного минимума трудоспособного населения, установленного в субъекте Федерации.
Это следует из перечня поручений по реализации Послания Президента РФ Владимира Путина Федеральному собранию РФ, размещенного сегодня на официальном сайте главы государства. Документом определены сроки реализации всех нововведений, предложенных Президентом РФ в ходе послания.
