В результате чего судом по иску ведомства за неисполнение предписания в установленные сроки был запрещен прием в:
ФГБОУ ВО «Московская государственная академия ветеринарной медицины и биотехнологии – МВА имени К.И. Скрябина»; Волгоградский филиал АОЧУ ВО «Московский финансово-юридический университет МФЮА»; ЧОУ ВО «Владикавказский институт управления».
Отметим, что прием новых студентов в эти вузы может быть возобновлен после исполнения ими требований Рособрнадзора или после вступления в законную силу судебного акта о прекращении производства по делу об административном правонарушении в связи с отсутствием состава административного правонарушения (ч. 8 ст. 93 Федерального закона от 29 декабря 2012 г. № 273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации»).
