Минобрнауки России утвердило новый порядок заполнения диплома об окончании вуза и приложения к нему (приказ Минобрнауки России от 27 июля 2021 г. № 670 «Об утверждении Порядка заполнения, учета и выдачи документов о высшем образовании и о квалификации, приложений к ним и их дубликатов»).
По новым правилам выпускники смогут написать заявление о выдаче электронной копии диплома (в бумажном виде диплом будет выдаваться всем выпускникам по умолчанию). В заявлении нужно будет указать адрес электронной почты, на которую выпускник хотел бы получить копию. Она будет заверена электронной подписью руководителя вуза.
Из других нововведений – в приложении к диплому будут указывать не только основную квалификацию, но и (при наличии) дополнительную. Их наименования должны совпадать с информацией, указанной на титульном листе.
Администрация вуза обязана будет взять у выпускника письменное согласие на указание в дипломе дополнительных сведений, тогда как сегодня достаточно устного. Речь идет о таких сведениях, как форма обучения (очная, очно-заочная, заочная, самообразование), прохождение выпускником ускоренного обучения по индивидуальному плану, а также освоение части программы в другом вузе. Согласие может быть дано в электронной форме либо в виде скан-копии бумажного согласия, отправленной на электронную почту вуза.
Сохраняется требование об использовании шрифта Times New Roman черного цвета размера 11п (если иной размер не установлен новыми правилами), с одинарным межстрочным интервалом. Как и в настоящее время, внесение дополнительных записей в бланки будет под запретом.

Новые правила начнут применяться 1 сентября 2022 года и утратят силу 1 сентября 2028 года. Иными словами, выпускники вузов наступающего учебного года получат дипломы, заполненные еще по действующим правилам (приказ Минобрнауки России от 13 февраля 2014 г. № 112 «Об утверждении Порядка заполнения, учета и выдачи документов о высшем образовании и о квалификации и их дубликатов»).
